We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned for a product.

Shipping partner selection depends on delivery location, serviceability, and order size.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customized, bulk, or B2B orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.5 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or on selected products.

1.6 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

  • Customers can track their order using the courier partner’s tracking link.

1.7 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Earth Innovation is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.


2. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, contact us at support@earthinnovation.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Product images / unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customized or bulk orders

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

2.3 Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will receive a free replacement of the same product.

  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is inspected (if required).

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.

2.4 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

2.5 Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partners wherever serviceable.

  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed after approval).


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


4. Damaged Package Handling

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or

  • Record an unboxing video if accepted

This helps us process claims faster with courier partners.
