2. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
Normal wear and tear
Customized or bulk orders
Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
2.3 Replacement Policy
Approved cases will receive a free replacement of the same product.
Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is inspected (if required).
If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
2.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after quality inspection and approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
2.5 Return Pickup
Reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partners wherever serviceable.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
